Tom Copeland is an accomplished attorney serving Travieso McLeod in an “Of Counsel” capacity, focusing on personal injury and complex civil litigation.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1986, Tom brings nearly 40 years of law practice to the firm. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Samford University Law School after graduating with high honors from the University of Central Florida (UCF). His extensive litigation expertise covers a comprehensive range of accident cases, including those involving cars, semi-trucks, motorcycles, boats, and slip-and-falls.

A long-time Florida resident, Tom and his wife made St. Augustine their full-time home in 2021, prompting his return to full-time practice with Travieso McLeod. Outside of the office, Tom is an avid motorcycle rider of nearly 50 years and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
